Torremuelle the resort began construction in 1960 and is now a fully consolidated resort. Maintenance and improvements of the resort, is responsible for the General Community of Owners, established since the year 1981 by all the owners that make up the resort run by the Board consisting of a President, three Vice- a Secretary, elected all of it democrtica General Meeting of Owners. The Community has a few offices in the Commercial Zone Administration and some employees and professionals who channel and executing a number of services, which include:

. Maintenance of the sewerage system throughout the resort integral
